Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location(s): Remote

Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000

About this position:

Advantech USA is seeking a Business Analyst who will play an integral role to the company and be an exceptional addition to the business operations team. In this role, the Business Analyst will be in charge of the assigned projects by serving as a liaison between each department heads, setting and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results. This Analyst will be producing and delivering accurate and insightful business analysis in a timely manner to Mangers at all levels across the organization, as well as facilitating the budgeting and forecasting process.

The team is seeking a driven individual with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment, and who can effectively communicate with different stakeholders and manage priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly preparations of assigned Business Group's P&L with variance analysis and identification of key business drivers.
• Monthly tracking of Product Managers and sales performance through prepared dashboards.
• Communicate monthly performance to the PM team or sales team throughout the organization (Top Management, Business Units, Department heads).
• Participate in driving the annual budgeting process by collaborating with department heads and prepare results for management.
• Interact with, and provide, broad analytical and business support to assigned functional unit(s).
• All other financial analysis duties as assigned by the department manager.
• Drive continuous process improvements and best practices across the organization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting and planning processes.
• Assist in the roll-out of customer service programs, such as direct fulfillment, advanced replacement, and extended product lifetime.
• Performs other related activities as needed to support corporate objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; or an equivalent in education and experience
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Experience with SAP and Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate and collaborate with professionals at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills to effectively manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, thorough, and maintains accurate records.
