Job Title: Workday Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for Workday implementations.
• Configure and customize Workday applications to align with business needs.
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday EIBs, CCWs, and Studio integrations.
• Create complex calculated fields and custom reports for data extraction and analysis.
• Apply XSLT transformations as needed within integrations.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues and integrations.
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Hands-on experience with:
• CCWs (Core Connector Workday)
• Workday Studio
• XSLT transformations
• Creating complex calculated fields and custom Workday reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
