What will you do:
  1. Support data development efforts within Supply Chain; collaborate on special projects to enhance processes and operations through effective use of technology and standard operating procedures.
  2. Utilize database processes to pull, track, and distribute improved data for Weekly Maintenance Tools, ensuring processes stay on schedule.
  3. Perform Stock Maintenance uploads directly into divisions to support Replenishment and Demand Planning.
  4. Support data quality and logic of internal optimization tools during their rollout.
  5. Respond to internal inquiries, create reports to support data quality, and generate Supply Chain reports and ad-hoc pricing analysis as needed.
  6. Conduct daily out-of-stock reviews, identify trends, and explore inventory depth opportunities to prevent stockouts.
  7. Analyze inventory and sales data for promotional forecasting to support proposed promotions and evaluate their impact on inventory levels.
  8. Implement department and SKU level plans to improve product availability.
  9. Evaluate and adjust minimum presentation, bin fill quantities, stock balancing, and inventory variances at store level, providing recommendations as necessary.

  2. Strategic Approach: Focus on long-term organizational success, clarify overarching goals, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
What will you bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain role preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence/decision support software.
  • Knowledge of AS400 and Slim4 software.
  • Post-secondary education in retail management, inventory, or supply chain is an asset.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI), SQL, and VBA.
  • Ability to analyze Big Data and extract insights or predict opportunities proactively.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Passionate and problem-solving attitude.
