Job summary

Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The BA will process, interpret and document business processes, improve efficiencies by aligning IT and business functions, and support solution delivery teams from discovery through implementation.

You will organize requirements workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, guide UAT, and coordinate with project managers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery and better member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or BA certificate, or 3 years in banking/credit union with requirements mgmt.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Atlassian tools Jira/Confluence and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end business processes from discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements workshops and sign-off on process documents.
• Act as liaison between PM/Lead, team members and vendors to ensure requirements are met.
• Evaluate requirements against system architecture for end-to-end user experience.
• Document all business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and support SDLC.
• Lead UAT planning, test cases and training material development.
• Coordinate testing and ensure successful test execution across departments.
• Support project management methodologies and dashboards.
