Fulton Bank in East Petersburg, PA is seeking a dedicated IT business analyst for a full-time, hybrid role based at our Administrative Services Center. You will elicit, analyze, and define requirements into documentation and designs, communicating with management and partners to implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Required 5+ years in business analysis within financial services, plus 4+ years in process mapping and elicitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field required.
• Five+ years business analysis experience.
• Five+ years financial services sector with banking knowledge; PM experience preferred.
• Four+ years creating process maps and leading elicitation sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define solutions by identifying stakeholders and key capabilities, including data flows.
• Write complex business, functional, and technical requirements specifications and create visual models.
• Perform smoke testing and user testing; map current vs future processes to identify gaps and efficiency gains.
• Lead process improvement opportunities and build relationships across organizations.
• Participate in enterprise change control governance to assess impact of changes.
