Babcock International is seeking a Business Analyst to analyse, develop, and support engineering software with emphasis on PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and help deliver digital transformation across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders, developers and analysts to define user stories, maintain backlogs, and apply Agile Scrum practices, while preparing for BPSS/SC clearance. Hybrid full-time role in the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLM applications, especially 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Business analysis including requirements definition, systems design and application support.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories that meet INVEST principles.
• Experience supporting the creation and refinement of product backlogs; Gherkin syntax for acceptance criteria is advantageous.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) security clearance.
