This role supports Business Analysis students through reviews, Q&A, and mock interviews, helping learners advance and land IT careers. Join a mission-driven team with flexible hourly pay for part-time work (10+ hours per week) and official employment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience with modeling (BPMN, UML, and other notations)
• Experience working with all types of requirements (business, user, solution, and transition requirements)
• Experience describing requirements in various formats (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, etc.)
• Understanding of development processes: decomposition, prioritization, and estimation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time and schedule independently
