Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking a motivated Business Analyst in San Francisco to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support the full software development lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product and project managers, and technical writers.

The role includes preparing requirements, facilitating UAT, and driving quality improvements.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level, strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years as Business Analyst or similar in an Agile environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Ability to document complex business processes across services.
• Familiar with project management tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Office 365; visualization tools like Figma or Axure.
• Experience in business process modeling techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and solve their complex issues (complicated logic affecting different services).

• Analyze, elicit and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements.

• Cooperate with Solutions Consultants, UX\UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery & support.

• Prepare & manage technical requirements during Software Development Lifecycle.

• Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders.

• Cooperate with the development teams.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing.

• Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.

Requirements:

• English from Upper-Intermediate (comprehensive written and verbal communication).

• At least 2 years of experience working as Business Analyst or similar position in an Agile environment.

• Proficiency with understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies.

• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle.

• Proficiency with:
