Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years business analysis experience.
• 1–3 years exposure to ERP systems.
• Good communication skills to multiple levels of the organization.
• Organized / detailed orientation is required.
• Facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop breadth and depth of knowledge, in assigned functional area(s) and product(s), supporting broad processes and systems.
• With guidance, recommend and develop business process improvements for assigned area.
• Analyze cross-functional impact of business and systems processes across organizations.
• Work with users to identify and recommend process modifications and enhancements.
• Document and model business processes and data, including as‑is and to‑be processes.
• Document system knowledge and test planning in support of projects.
• Participate in delivering system knowledge to new and existing users.
• Meet regularly with customers and IT management to discuss enhancements.
• Keep customers informed of business analysis progress.
