About The Role

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead the transformation of our Accounts Payable (AP) platform through automation and intelligent workflow design. This high-impact, fully remote position plays a pivotal role in modernizing AP processes by eliminating manual effort, accelerating payment cycles, and delivering real-time insights across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external consultants to streamline operations and integrate platforms such as DocuWare, Oracle EBS, and middleware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP process transformation initiatives from discovery to deployment
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture, prioritize, and implement AP automation requirements
• Architect and configure automated workflows in DocuWare and connected systems
• Design and maintain REST API integrations and JSON payloads between systems
• Leverage iPaaS/middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Power Automate for orchestration
• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system integration and process optimization
• Deliver user training, process documentation, and change management plans
• Create KPI reports and dashboards to track performance (e.g., No-Touch Invoice %, Discount % Achieved)
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and ensure business continuity
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Shared Services within an enterprise setting
• Demonstrated experience leading automation and AP transformation projects
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with DocuWare (or equivalent DMS), OCR/IDP tools, and invoice capture systems
• Proficiency in SQL, API development (REST, JSON), and system integrations
• Deep knowledge of P2P processes and Oracle EBS R12 (or similar ERP platforms)
• Experience with BPM/workflow platforms such as Camunda, Appian, or Azure Logic Apps
• Background in agile project delivery and change enablement

Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000
