Role: PACS - Healthcare IT Analyst – Cardiology Applications & Modalities

Client: Novant Health

Project Duration: August 25, 2025 – February 1, 2026 (with potential 6+ month extensions)

Location: Primarily remote, with on-site presence expected for Go-Live (December–January)

*DRUG AND BACKGROUND - MUST TAKE Marijuana Test so need to only find candidates from states that allow this.

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare IT Analyst with deep experience supporting cardiology-focused clinical applications and imaging modalities. This individual will play a key role in both incident resolution and project build activities, supporting the extension of cardiology applications into the South Carolina market. - This will be new installs and also other M/A work.

  • Incident resolution as needed
  • Project build and implementation support
  • Collaboration with clinical and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization

On-Call Expectations:

  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule (every 4th day and every 4th weekend)
  • NOTE: Overnight and weekend incidents are rare, but coverage is shared with 3 other FTEs

Focus Areas:

This role will support a combination of:

  • Application support
  • Integration and optimization
  • New implementations (with a current emphasis on expansion into new markets)

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a clinical IT environment, preferably within cardiology or imaging
  • Expertise in the following cardiology applications:
  • CCW (Centricity Cardio Workflow)
  • Hyland HVNA (Vendor Neutral Archive)
  • GE MAClab (Hemodynamic Monitoring)
  • Scimage PICOM (Cardiovascular PACS)
  • GE Muse (ECG Management)

Strong Modality Skills:

  • Electrocardiography (ECG/EKG): GE Muse integration, waveform analysis
  • Cardiac Catheterization (Cath Lab): MAClab integration, structured reporting
  • Nuclear Cardiology: SPECT/PET workflows, PACS/VNA integration
  • Cardiac CT/MRI: Advanced imaging workflows
  • Stress Testing Systems: ECG and imaging system integration
