Employees are expected to maintain a meaningful on-site presence to support collaboration, relationship building, and business success.The ClaimCenter team is seeking a Business Analyst Intern for summer 2027.Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & DocumentationParticipate in discussions with business and technology partners to understand business needs.Document requirements, business rules, workflows, and application behavior.Help identify questions, gaps, and scenarios that should be considered during solution design.User Story CreationAssist with creating and refining user stories for ClaimCenter enhancements.Document acceptance criteria and expected system behavior.Help break business requirements into clear, testable requirements for development teams.Application TestingCreate and execute test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.Test ClaimCenter functionality and document results.Identify unexpected application behavior and clearly document defects or questions for the project team.Participate in regression and user acceptance testing activities.Application Design & PrototypingHelp design and mock up proposed ClaimCenter screens and workflows.Work with Business Analysts and developers to consider usability and business process needs.Participate in design discussions and help document proposed solutions.Project CollaborationParticipate in project meetings, design sessions, demonstrations, and working sessions.Help maintain project documentation and track open questions or follow-up items.Gain exposure to the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.Requirements:Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.Education:Pursuing a degree in Business, English, Communications, or related2029 or 2030 graduation yearExperience/skills:Detail orientedFamiliar with AIQuick learnerGood communicatorExcellent writing skillsBusiness Unit:Property & Casualty IT ServicesBenefits:We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees*.
