P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. Responsibilities:

• Assist with data analysis and reporting using a combination of ServiceNow, UC4 and Snowflake

Requirements:

• Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.
• Education: Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related 2029 or 2030 graduation year
• Background in data analytics or a related field
• Experience with Snowflake or other SQL databases is highly desirable
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Keen interest in learning and developing soft skills, such as presenting, collaborating, and documenting work
• Open to change and excited about improvement opportunities
