The IT Finance team is seeking an FP&A Finance Intern for summer 2027. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis within a Property & Casualty (P&C) technology organization. The intern will build analytical and reporting skills while contributing to real deliverables used by IT Finance and business leaders. Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI will be central to success in this role.**Responsibilities:*** Support the P&C IT annual budget process, including data gathering, model updates, and reconciliation* Provide day-to-day FP&A support to the IT Finance team* Analyze headcount and expense trends, and identify variances to plan and forecast* Build and maintain advanced Excel models and workbooks to support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis* Develop and refresh Power BI dashboards and reports that present financial and operational metrics clearly to stakeholders* Prepare polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate analysis into concise insights and recommendations* Partner with finance and IT colleagues to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting**Requirements:**Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week.
