The Data team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern for the summer 2027. **Responsibilities:*** Assist with data analysis and reporting using a combination of ServiceNow, UC4 and Snowflake* Collaborate with team members to gather and understand data requirements* Help support teams prioritize work focus based on data findings* Document workflow processes and project progress* Present findings and insights to stakeholders* Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data improvements and opportunities for change* Lead our Change Advisory Board Meetings weekly (pCAB, dCAB) **Requirements:**Ability to work in the office at minimum three days a week. Education:* Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related* 2029 or 2030 graduation year Experience/skills:* Background in data analytics or a related field* Experience with Snowflake or other SQL databases is highly desirable* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Keen interest in learning and developing soft skills, such as presenting, collaborating, and documenting work* Open to change and excited about improvement opportunities**Business Unit:**Property & Casualty IT Services**Benefits:**We offer competitive benefits packages for full-time and part-time employees\\*.
