Job summary

KCS IT is seeking an Amazing Salesforce Business Analyst for Marketing Cloud. The role focuses on transforming business needs into epics, stories and clear acceptance criteria, with strong emphasis on SFMC and marketing processes.

Collaboration with developers, UX, QA and Scrum Masters across distributed teams is essential. Ideally you will drive backlog clarity, facilitate ceremonies and report on project metrics, while adapting to partial overlap with US Eastern Time when required.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT delivery environment.
Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Understanding of marketing-related business processes.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Document current-state processes and identify pain points.
Define future-state requirements and maintain product backlogs.

We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Business Analyst - Marketing Cloud

Требования:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT delivery environment. Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and an understanding of marketing-related business processes. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process mapping. Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Ability to document current-state processes, identify pain points and define future-state requirements. Experience managing and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear and actionable. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, working with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with Developers, UX, QA and Scrum Masters. Ability to support Scrum ceremonies, delivery coordination, status reporting and project metrics. Experience identifying dependencies, risks and blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong documentation, analytical and organizational skills. Flexibility to work with partial overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) when required.

Experience in Life Sciences, MedTech, healthcare or other regulated industries
Experience supporting Scrum Masters or Project Coordinators with Agile ceremonies and delivery activities
Experience preparing delivery reports, project metrics and stakeholder updates
Familiarity with AI-assisted business analysis and AI-enabled SDLC practices
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
