Qualifications

• Не менее 3 лет опыта как системный аналитик или Salesforce-консультант
• Глубокие знания Salesforce и стандартных функций CRM
• Опыт проектирования решений и justification в условиях ограничений платформы
• Опыт работы с синхронными и асинхронными интеграциями, REST API
• Опыт работы с очередями сообщений (RabbitMQ или аналог)
• Высокий уровень владения польским и английским языками
• Плюсом: UML, BPMN, диаграммы последовательностей и.use-case

Responsibilities

• Анализ бизнес-требований и перевод их в решения в Salesforce экосистеме
• Проектирование решений по принципу «стандарт прежде всего» и обоснование кастомизаций
• Подготовка аналитической, функциональной и технической документации
• Моделирование бизнес-процессов и архитектуры решений
• Проектирование и анализ интеграций Salesforce с внешними системами
• Сотрудничество с архитекторами, разработчиками и бизнес-стейкхолдерами
• Участие в аналитических воркшопах и формулирование функциональных требований
• Создание диаграмм процессов, архитектуры, моделей данных и интеграционных потоков

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join the team working on a strategic CRM system for the banking sector. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions that support corporate banking processes, combining analytical skills with knowledge of the Salesforce platform. • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Designing solutions according to a 'standard first' approach and recommending custom solutions in case of platform limitations
• Preparing analytical, functional, and technical documentation along with justifications for design decisions
• Modeling business processes and designing solution architecture
• Designing and analyzing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Collaborating with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business representatives
• Participating in analytical workshops and defining functional requirements
• Creating process diagrams, architecture, data models, and integration flows

Требования

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems analyst or Salesforce consultant
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities
• Previous work in systems analysis and designing business-technical solutions
• Ability to assess and justify the choice between standard and custom solutions
• Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous integrations
• Knowledge of REST API
• Experience working with message queues (RabbitMQ or similar solutions)
• Advanced proficiency in Polish and English
