Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong nCino expertise to support a banking technology programme. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional specs, and help deliver and enhance the nCino platform.

You will gather and document requirements, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, support configuration and testing, and facilitate workshops. Travel to Germany may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on nCino experience essential.
• Experience as BA on nCino implementations or development programmes.
• Solid requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and functional docs.
• Experience in banking/financial services environments.
• Agile delivery experience and remote work capability.

This is a remote European contract with occasional travel to Germany, supporting a longer-term nCino development programme. Contract: 4–6 months initially.
