Job summary
La Fosse is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong nCino expertise to support a banking technology programme. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into functional specs, and help deliver and enhance the nCino platform.
You will gather and document requirements, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, support configuration and testing, and facilitate workshops. Travel to Germany may be required on occasion.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on nCino experience essential.
- Experience as BA on nCino implementations or development programmes.
- Solid requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and functional docs.
- Experience in banking/financial services environments.
- Agile delivery experience and remote work capability.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes and outcomes.
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support configuration and implementation within nCino.
- Collaborate with configuration, integration, development and testing teams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Support testing, UAT and defect resolution.
- Identify process improvements to meet business needs.
- Act as the link between business users and technical delivery teams.
- Maintain clear project documentation.
