  • Write and maintain user documentation to support ongoing operations and knowledge transfer.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both business and technical audiences.

The Business Analyst will work with minimal direction, applying strong judgment to complex scoping issues, project estimation, and requirements approach, while helping the organization manage the principles of its broader business strategy.
