ExxonMobil is seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer to support an internal program migrating work from global facilities into India. This role owns the project schedule and the progress measurement system for the migration, building a resource loaded schedule in MS Project or Primavera and tracking it against the planning baseline across a large, dispersed set of workstreams. The Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer identifies deviations from the planning basis early, forecasts their downstream impact on the schedule, and gives project leadership the insight and options they need to keep the migration on track and capital efficient. This is an internally resourced project, and oil and gas specific planning experience is not required, candidates with experience planning and scheduling internal work or workforce migration programs are strongly preferred.
Build and maintain a resource loaded schedule in MS Project or Primavera covering all workstreams of the migration program.
