Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking recent and upcoming graduates for full-time positions across the United States through the Early Career Foundation (ECF) program. Pursuing or recently obtaining a bachelor's or master's in STEM disciplines such as Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, or Petroleum Engineering, you will develop technical and leadership capabilities through diverse assignments.

Locations include Baytown, Beaumont, Houston (Spring), Midland, Tyler, and more.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in STEM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate or work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in ExxonMobil's Early Career Foundation (ECF) program to build technical and leadership capabilities.
  • Engage in developmental assignments across your first years, tailored to business needs.
  • Gain exposure to areas such as chemical manufacturing, refining, upstream operations, research & technology, and supply chain.

As an early career hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building technical and leadership capabilities through a variety of developmental assignments in your first several years. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all careers. Development is personalized and shaped by your interests, strengths, and progression—within the context of business needs and available opportunities across the company.

Depending on your interests, capabilities, and business needs, these experiences may provide exposure to areas such as:

Work Locations

As an early career hire, you'll be placed at one of our sites across the United States. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations to broaden your experience and support your growth.

Compensation

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Illinois Equal Pay Act

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – $135,000 base salary ($/year).

Benefits may be changed from time to time without notice, subject to applicable law.
