Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking recent and upcoming graduates for full-time positions across the United States through the Early Career Foundation (ECF) program. Pursuing or recently obtaining a bachelor's or master's in STEM disciplines such as Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, or Petroleum Engineering, you will develop technical and leadership capabilities through diverse assignments.

Locations include Baytown, Beaumont, Houston (Spring), Midland, Tyler, and more.

Responsibilities

As an early career hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building technical and leadership capabilities through a variety of developmental assignments in your first several years. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all careers. Work Locations

Compensation

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Illinois Equal Pay Act

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – $135,000 base salary ($/year).
