Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for cross-domain process or system solutions and document details for developers.
• Break down stories into backlog items for product developers and ensure understanding.
• Maintain process documentation and traceability across changes.
• Create functional design specifications and acceptance criteria for applications.
• Collaborate with design and testing teams to validate solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior analysts.
