Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze existing systems and business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide project management support. You will translate business requirements into clear solution designs and deliverables.

The role collaborates with stakeholders and scrum teams, maintains process documentation, develops acceptance criteria, and helps ensure quality through testing and user acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient with system/application design and end user support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation.
• Ability to communicate in technical and user-friendly language.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing systems and business processes and identify improvement strategies.
• Translate business requirements into solution design and deliverables.
• Document requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain business process documentation and enable traceability.
• Support testing, including development of test cases and UAT.
