Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves gap analysis, config/testing, and ongoing process improvement within Salesforce platforms.

You will work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules, participate in Agile project practices, and contribute to data migration and API initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst.
At least 2 years working with Salesforce.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe).
Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst certification preferred.
Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs preferred.
Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities
