Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a higher education IT PMO team by partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive process improvements, technology initiatives, and system implementations.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, workflow documentation, business analysis, UAT coordination, and project support from discovery through go-live, with an emphasis on clear communication and collaboration across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or system implementation experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting UAT, requirements validation, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Support UAT coordination, validation, and testing activities throughout projects.
• Assist in project execution from discovery through go-live and handoff.
