Overview

Business Analyst I at Denali Advanced Integration. This role involves reviewing and compiling data to create reports, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs, documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and formulating systems to align with overall business strategies.

Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $40.00/hr. This range is provided by Denali Advanced Integration. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Business intelligence and reporting analysis
• Administration of business tools
• Document internal processes and workflows related to customer projects
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback on the service/function/product
• Plan and implement evaluation processes for changes, and oversee reporting on this evaluation
• Create direct communication channels to stakeholders and application developers that operate without unnecessary managerial intervention
• Assess risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
• Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and interpreting data
• Maintain efficient processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Prepare customer daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Maintain QA processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Actively contribute in weekly department and customer status meetings
