Job summary

Gilley’s, LLC seeks a Business Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decisions and improve operational performance. You will develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for leadership and teams across the business.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in data analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Power BI. Hospitality knowledge is a plus; eligibility to obtain a Level II KRGC Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst in a similar role.
• Experience with hospitality industry reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills; data visualization proficiency.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency, profitability, and overall business success.**(Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
