Job description
TRR is recruiting on behalf of a client for an ongoing programme focused on AI Operations. The programme connects business stakeholders with technical ServiceNow teams to develop practical solutions for IT operations.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Work with ServiceNow developers, architects, and technical teams
- Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
- Support workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Bridge business requirements and technical delivery
- Contribute to ServiceNow and AIOps initiatives and process improvements
- Support testing, UAT, and validation of delivered solutions
- Produce functional documentation and process specifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Good understanding of ServiceNow processes and capabilities
- Experience with IT Operations / ITOM
- Exposure to AIOps / AI Ops or AI-driven IT Operations
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams
- Fluent German and English
Contract engagement Candidates must be based in the UK or Europe and have the appropriate right to work for the engagement
