This role will be responsible for supporting the creation and documentation of processes & procedures related to the organization's technology operations. This includes supporting areas where processes/procedures need to be established or improved, analyzing existing processes, and recommending changes to ensure efficient and effective operations. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and priorities and develop processes that meet their requirements. The candidate will also work with stakeholders to ensure documentation is updated on a regular cadence and appropriately stored. Additionally, the role will work closely with teams to ensure they are operating according to established processes & procedures.

The role will also be responsible for helping to ensure operational metrics are in sync with established processes & procedures and to help modify team behaviors based on metric output.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with business and technology leadership to create and implement processes for managing and tracking software development teams.
  • Work across business lines (CRE, RRE, Corporate) to standardize processes and drive the implementation and adherence of the Technology System of Delivery (SoD).
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to the SoD.
  • Responsible for managing change within the SoD.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Ensure that all changes are implemented in a secure and compliant manner, adhering to relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics staff to create metrics and reports that support the SoD.
  • Create and maintain a repository for storage and communication of standard processes and procedures in SharePoint.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate activities among team members and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess project risks, working with the team to develop mitigation plans.
  • Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project delivery.
  • Analyze Azure DevOps (ADO) boards to verify established structure and processes are being followed.
  • Work with Portfolio, Capability and Delivery teams to create queries or metrics in ADO to improve insights.
  • Work with the Performance Metrics team to roll out changes needed to support new or changing metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Advocate for the use of automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experienced professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Agile certifications a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe preferred.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for managing work tasks.
  • Experience with process documentation tools such as Visio or Blueworks Live.
  • Experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely and household setup conducive to remote work.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full-time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
