Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in business analysis, change management, and experience working with cross‑functional teams in a supply chain or aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate current systems and processes and advocate for changes that deliver outcomes, best practices, and efficiencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders by coordinating resources through project lifecycles from conception to implementation.
• Bridge knowledge gaps between business needs and viable technological solutions.
• Elicit and confirm information about the current state, define future conditions, and translate into requirements and designs.
• Produce visual workflow diagrams, user stories, requirements documents, and solution designs to define changes clearly.
• Collaborate with teams to plan and execute project lifecycles to deliver reliable, value-adding outputs that meet business needs.
