BUSINESS ANALYST - BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION & INTEGRATION

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between the business and the solution providers, connecting both during product/process/service definition, implementation, testing, validation, and deployment. Your responsibilities include eliciting requirements from various departments and proposing solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with the Business Architect to ensure the solutions align with the company's goals.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operational Research, Engineering, Economics, or related fields, or equivalent experience (2 years of related experience = 1 year of education).
• At least three (3) years of experience in a project environment as a business analyst, project manager, process transformation lead, or SME.
• Knowledge of process modeling and decomposition tools.
• Experience in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements using standardized methodologies.
• Experience with IT transformation projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and business processes and recommend improvements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for complex concepts.
• Good decision-making and critical thinking abilities.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• Familiarity with DFJ and DA group systems and processes.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP) or PLM systems (Dassault Systemes’ products).

Working Conditions

Typical office and manufacturing environments. Long periods at a computer. Ability to travel, including international.

Principal Duties

1. Support project scope definition and documentation.
2. Analyze business context and identify stakeholders.
3. Lead requirements elicitation and document expectations.
4. Develop digital workflows to improve processes.
5. Participate in testing and validation phases.
6. Support cost estimation and solution validation.
7. Conduct data analysis using SQL and create reports.
8. Maintain Business Analysis processes and documentation.
9. Guide other DFJ entities on Business Analysis practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary between $60,000 and $80,000. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more. Final offer depends on experience, education, and location.
