As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between the business and the solution providers, connecting both during product/process/service definition, implementation, testing, validation, and deployment. Your responsibilities include eliciting requirements from departments and proposing solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with the Business Architect to ensure solutions align with company goals.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Operational Research, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for education (2 years of experience = 1 year of degree).
• At least three (3) years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, process transformation lead, or SME in a project-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of process modeling and decomposition tools.
• Experience gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements using standardized methods.
• Experience with IT transformation projects or lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and processes and recommend improvements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for complex concepts.
• Good decision-making, situational analysis, and critical thinking skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
• Familiarity with DFJ company and DA group systems and processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or PLM systems such as Dassault Systèmes’ products.

Working Conditions:

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist project scope definition and documentation.
• Analyze business context and identify stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits:
