As an IT Business Analyst with Presidio, you will serve as the liaison between internal customers and the development team for web-based business application development and system integrations. The Business Analyst should possess a dynamic, detail-oriented personality to understand and map requirements that address business problems with tooling features. Key responsibilities include documentation, project planning, and strategic analysis support, backed by a strong background in supporting business processes, data analysis, data integration, software, software integrations, and CRMs. You will work closely with the development team to guide tooling iterations and collaborate cross-functionally with program owners, project managers, and other business analysts. The role requires solid analytical, business, technical, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities :
- Become a trusted advisor and partner with business units, providing support and guidance around technical solutions.
- Conduct business and process analysis to identify, create, and facilitate changes focusing on quality deliverables and data management.
- Participate in planning, designing, developing, and deploying enhancements to existing applications.
- Define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create presentations and technical documentation for diverse audiences.
- Use workflow diagrams and visual tools to analyze and consolidate information; perform gap analysis between current and future business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to design solutions aligning with system processes and business goals, including new applications, features, or integrations.
- Translate solutions into user stories and system requirements understandable to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Prioritize requirements to support both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Adjust priorities and communicate changes during the development cycle.
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure application meets requirements.
- Demonstrate new functionalities and support user acceptance testing.
- Document system updates and maintain system documentation.
- Lead or participate in release meetings and manage release cycles.
- Provide ongoing support to end users and assist the Service Desk as needed.
Required Skills : - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server and SQL Management Studio
- Understanding of project management and agile methodologies
- Experience with third-party vendor integrations with ERP and other business applications
- Experience with CRM, PSA, and portal tools is a plus
