Job Title: Business Analyst II – Workday Implementation

Location: Remote, Deerfield, IL (U.S. based, potentially hybrid)

Contract: 9 Months

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Analyst II to support a major Workday HCM implementation project. This is a project-based role within the HR department, focused on change management, program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across 250+ global locations. You’ll play a key role in keeping the team aligned, deliverables on track, and communications clear as we work toward a December go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project deliverables and timelines across HR and IT stakeholders
• Support change management and communication strategies
• Track and manage program tasks, risks, and dependencies
• Collaborate with HR COEs and internal leads to ensure alignment
• Provide global support across multiple time zones and locations
• Maintain documentation and ensure clarity across workstreams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis or program coordination
• Strong background in change management and program management
• Experience working in or with HR departments (generalist-level understanding)
• Workday HCM experience (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with payroll systems or payroll-related projects
• PMP certification
• Prior experience supporting global HR tech rollouts
