Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Business Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will serve as a key connector between stakeholders and the delivery team, helping shape software solutions that support healthcare operations and customer needs. You will gather and refine business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and keep the backlog aligned with product goals and customer value. The position also requires balancing feature development with technical health while fostering productive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,600 – $147,950 annually

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into clear user stories for the delivery team

• Clarify customer and stakeholder needs, including acceptance criteria
• Prepare work to facilitate productive team discussions without dictating technical solutions

Qualifications
