Job summary

VSP Vision Care is seeking a Business Process Analyst to develop, research, test, and implement improvements across procedures and systems. You will document impacts, gather stakeholder needs, and create workflow diagrams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics, project planning, and IT systems understanding, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of data gathering, research & analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations.
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, making recommendations, and preparing business cases including cost-benefit analysis.
• 2+ years of project planning techniques and methodologies.
• 2+ years of business process analytics skills in Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow models.
• Understanding and ability to explain related IT systems and their impacts.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

Typically Has The Following Skills Or Abilities

• Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties
• For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ERP, procurement, reporting, or financial applications such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BPC, Coupa, Workday, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic support and project environment
• Excellent written communication skills. Ability to write documentation and reports that are clear, complete, and understood by both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions. For more information regarding VSP Vision benefits.

Salary Ranges: $58,656.00 - $88,653.00
