VSP Vision is seeking a trusted advisor to serve member practices, leading with marketing, operations, and revenue cycle expertise to assess business performance, focusing on P&L analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will present dashboards, guide strategic actions, and collaborate with specialists to deliver education and resources that enhance member experience, engagement, and retention across the network.
Serve as a trusted advisor, often as the first point of contact for member businesses and practices seeking strategic guidance. Leverage broad expertise in marketing, optical operations, and revenue cycle management to conduct initial assessments of business performance, with a primary focus on P&L analysis. Identify high level opportunities and challenges across multiple domains and facilitate connections between members and specialized advisors for deeper niche support. Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver education, resources, and tools that enhance member experience, boost engagement, and drive positive outcomes. Provide actionable feedback that addresses member needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions. Salary Ranges: $84,000.00 - $141,750.00.
