Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across clinical, operational and financial domains.

You will analyze multi-source data using SQL, Power BI and Tableau to identify trends, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives for a large multi-specialty medical group. You will partner with clinicians, administrators, finance and IT to deliver actionable insights, develop performance metrics, and advance value-based care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business field is required.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau; experience with physician compensation, revenue cycle analytics, or value-based care initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across a large multi-specialty medical group.
• Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to identify trends, improve performance, optimize workflows, and support organizational decision-making.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms. Experience with physician compensation, wRVU analysis, revenue cycle analytics, or value-based care initiatives. Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
