Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across our multi-specialty medical group. You will analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, improve performance, and optimize workflows.

You will partner with clinical leaders, practice admins, physicians, finance, and IT to deliver actionable insights that enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.

The Senior Business Analyst supports strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across a large multi-specialty medical group. This role analyzes clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to identify trends, improve performance, optimize workflows, and support organizational decision-making. The Business Analyst partners with clinical leaders, practice administrators, physicians, finance teams, and IT staff to develop actionable insights that improve quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes. is a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, performance management and process improvement while leading analytical initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms. Experience with physician compensation, wRVU analysis, revenue cycle analytics, or value-based care initiatives. Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
