Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across our multi-specialty medical group. You will analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, improve performance, and optimize workflows.

You will partner with clinical leaders, practice admins, physicians, finance, and IT to deliver actionable insights that enhance quality, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms.
Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to identify trends, improve performance, optimize workflows.
Partner with clinical leaders, practice administrators, physicians, finance teams, and IT staff to develop actionable insights.
