Job summary

Berkley Professional Liability, a unit of W. R. Berkley Corporation, seeks a Business Analyst for its Chicago, IL area with hybrid or remote work options. You will serve as a liaison between IT and business teams, document requirements, create test plans, and support QA testing to deliver effective software solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years IT experience, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure a functional application is delivered.
• Participate in testing and validating system changes and processes meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Base Salary Range: $66,000-$123,000
• Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
