Acestack is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable user stories. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong requirement gathering, agile delivery experience, and techno-functional expertise.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, creating and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and supporting sprint planning and release activities in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis fundamentals including requirement elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in user story creation, story decomposition, acceptance criteria definition, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong techno-functional understanding to effectively interact with development and architecture teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge communication gaps between business and technology teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Primary Skill: Business Analyst

Secondary: JIRA, Jenkins, Github.

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-functional expertise, excellent requirement-gathering skills, and hands-on experience in Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

Create and refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support story point estimation.

Break down large business requirements into manageable epics, features, and user stories.

Facilitate discussions between business, development, QA, architecture, and product teams to ensure alignment.
