SFE in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and documentation across enterprise initiatives. You will translate business needs into clear functional specifications and collaborate with product, development, QA, and leadership.

The role demands 8+ years in analytics, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement, and BRD/FRD creation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Proven experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Responsabilités

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Partner with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects, and Project Managers throughout SDLC.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Lead stakeholder discussions with business, technology, and senior leadership teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum workflows: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.

Required Hard and Soft Skills / Experience

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

Proven experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with business, technology, and senior leadership teams.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement. Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

Strong process analysis, gap analysis, and business process improvement experience.

Experience partnering with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects, and Project Managers throughout SDLC.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, and MS Office/Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good to have experience in leveraging AI/GenAI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, process optimization, and business insights.
