Job description

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite).

Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review historical and current business data.
• Analyze customer complaints and escalations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have: Strong Business Analysis experience.
• Data analysis and trend identification.
