Job summary

Our client in Plano, TX is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in a hybrid full-time, 6-month contract position. The role is hourly based on experience, up to $55 per hour.

The analyst will support a Network Automation & Analytics program by coordinating cross-functionally, maintaining documentation, and ensuring action items are tracked to completion. Jira and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in a technology environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with accountability.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to networking concepts is a plus but not required.

• Partner with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to track deliverables and drive follow-up.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a Network Automation & Analytics program by serving as an extension of the Project Manager. This individual will drive cross-functional coordination, maintain project documentation, and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
