Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials per production schedule.
• Review and distribute production, work and shipment schedules; compile inventory and cost reports.
• Analyze appliance categories, identify root causes and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ and factories.
• Monitor KPI analyses and ongoing performance.
• Review VOC escalations from the field.

Immediate need for a talented Supply Chain Analyst. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
• A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
• Position: Analyze, evaluate and test various Home Appliance Product Categories top symptoms and issues, identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ and Factories.
• KPI analysis and monitoring
• Review VOC/escalations received from the field

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
