Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Customer Finance team on site in Pittsburgh, PA. You will partner with Mortgage, Title, and Engineering to define requirements, create user stories, support delivery, and improve business processes to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn business needs into clear next steps.
• Familiarity with process improvement, root cause analysis, testing support, change enablement, and practical AI use in business workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment; experience with Agile or hybrid delivery and collaboration tools is a plus.
