Project Information

Our client is expanding their presence in Investment Banking in the USA, with a strong position in Latam and Europe. The project involves understanding and integrating with systems related to fixed income securities, security lending, and repos, including DTC/DTCC and FICC systems.

Responsibilities

1. Requirements gathering: act as a bridge between technical and functional teams.
2. Convert requirements into user stories and functional solutions.
3. Analyze business requirements and translate into technical specifications.
4. Leverage expertise in fixed income securities, security lending, and repos for insights and solutions.
5. Manage system integrations with DTC/DTCC for corporate bonds and FICC for repos.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
7. Identify process improvements and recommend operational efficiencies.
8. Document business requirements, specifications, and system designs.
9. Support project management activities such as timeline tracking and risk management.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in a similar role.
• 7+ years in banking or financial services within a technical IT team.
• Deep experience with fixed income securities, security lending, and repos.
• Experience with DTC/DTCC for corporate bonds and FICC for repos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
