Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
• Build reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor departmental metrics and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Create forecasting models for revenue, staffing, and operational performance.
• Partner with department leaders to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting executive leadership is highly preferred.
• Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
